I'd love to hear from you! Feel free to reach out using the contact form below or connect with me via email or phone. I aim to respond within one business day.
I have helped many clients overcome severe presentation anxiety, including some that have experienced panic attacks. It’s important to recognize that there is no “magic bullet” that will eliminate all nerves and that it will take time. In my experience it can take 6-12 weeks with one one-hour lesson per week to be able to control your nerves and begin feeling confident.
I have a lot of exercises to help you develop the ability to “speak as you think” – and do it clearly without blanking out. I have a lot of success in this area and would love to work with you if this is what you need.
Yes! I can help you prepare and practice a specific presentation you are giving. I have signed NDAs in the past and am willing to sign one for you if the materials you are presenting contain proprietary information.
I will work with children under special circumstances when there is a specific goal that they are working to achieve. For high school students this may be preparing for a graduation speech, or preparation for a job, scholarship or college admissions interview. I will also work with 8th graders to prepare for competitive high school admissions interviews. If you are a parent who just wants to find someone to help improve your child’s communication skills in general, then I would not be a good fit.
I want to make sure that we’re a good fit to work together. A big part of that is making sure I have availability for you, especially if you need a short deadline. While it is rare, I may also turn down a student with unrealistic expectations, such as expecting to overcome panic attacks in one lesson or if the student is wanting to gain skills for something that is illegal or ges (such as conning people out of money).
